摘要 为了满足工业活动对于能源的需求,煤矿行业必须要积极利用各种机械化技术,促进煤矿生产机械化水平的提高。皮带机是运输煤炭的重要装置,在煤炭生产环节有着重要的作用,但是皮带机发生跑偏的概率较高,给煤炭生产工作造成了一定的影响。基于此,本文深入探讨了煤矿皮带机发生跑偏故障的机理和原因,并提出了处理故障问题的有效措施。 In order to meet the energy demand of industrial activities,the coal industry must actively use various mechanization technologies to promote the improvement of coal production mechanization.The belt conveyor is an important device for coal transportation and plays an important role in the coal production process.However,the probability of deviation of the belt conveyor is relatively high,which has a certain impact on coal production.Based on this,this article deeply discusses the mechanism and causes of the deviation fault of the coal mine belt conveyor,and puts forward effective measures to deal with the fault.
