摘要 培训需求大数据的采集分析和应用,可为企业培训质量提升助力。本文从组织和员工双向视角,提出从组织、团队和个体三个层次采集组织战略目标任务、核心能力、团队效能、岗位职责任务、人员基础数据、知识能力现状等多个维度数据,对数据采用决策树分析、聚类分析、层次分析、模糊评价等多种分析方法,输出分层分类的人员培训需求,结合培训课程和师资等资源,有针对性进行培训项目策划,实施精准培训,助力企业培训质量提升。 The collection,analysis and application of big data for training needs can help improve the quality of corporate training.From the two-way perspective of organization and employees,this paper proposes to collect organizational strategic objectives and tasks,core capabilities,team effectiveness,job responsibilities and tasks,basic personnel data and current knowledge and capabilities from three levels:organization,team,and individual.It uses decision tree analysis,cluster analysis,analytic hierarchy,fuzzy evaluation and other analysis methods for data analysis,outputs hierarchical personnel training needs,combines training courses,teachers and other resources,carries out targeted training project planning,and implements precise training to improve the training quality of companies.
