The collection,analysis and application of big data for training needs can help improve the quality of corporate training.From the two-way perspective of organization and employees,this paper proposes to collect organizational strategic objectives and tasks,core capabilities,team effectiveness,job responsibilities and tasks,basic personnel data and current knowledge and capabilities from three levels:organization,team,and individual.It uses decision tree analysis,cluster analysis,analytic hierarchy,fuzzy evaluation and other analysis methods for data analysis,outputs hierarchical personnel training needs,combines training courses,teachers and other resources,carries out targeted training project planning,and implements precise training to improve the training quality of companies.
