铝锂合金钛合金同种自冲铆接头静力学试验研究

摘要 为了研究铝锂合金、钛合金同种材料组合自冲铆接试件的拉伸与剥离性能,本文采用铝锂合金1420、钛合金TA1材料为研究对象,将以单搭连接、T型连接两种不同方式分别制作铝锂合金和钛合金的铆接件,并通过力学试验设备对两种材料的两组连接件分别进行拉伸试验与剥离试验,获得各组连接件的力学性能数据,并进行分析研究。结果表明:同种材料,两组组合形式搭接的连接件力学性能差距较大。铝锂合金单搭组合连接件拉伸试验的最大载荷均值为6577.7N,T型组合连接件剥离试验最大载荷均值为1733.9N。而钛合金的单搭组合的最大载荷均值为4885.3N,T型组合的最大载荷均值为1212.4N。就能量吸收而言,两种材料的DD组连接件虽然连接失效前的塑性变形小于TX组连接件的,但DD组的最大载荷均值远大于TX组连接件的,故而前者能量吸收值皆大于后者的。 In order to study the tensile and peeling properties of self-piercing riveted specimens of the same material of aluminum-lithium alloy and titanium alloy,this paper uses aluminum-lithium alloy 1420 and titanium alloy TA1 as the research objects,and uses single-lap connection and T-shaped connection to produce the riveting parts of aluminum-lithium alloy and titanium alloy,and performs tensile test and peeling test to the two sets of connecting pieces of the two materials separately through the mechanical test equipment to obtain the mechanical performance data of each group of connecting parts and conduct analysis and research.The results show that the mechanical properties of the joints of the same material and the two sets of combined forms have a large gap.The average maximum load in the tensile test of the aluminum-lithium alloy single-lap combined connector is 6577.7N,and the average maximum load in the peeling test of the T-shaped combined connector is 1733.9N.The average maximum load of the titanium alloy single-strand combination is 4885.3N,and the average maximum load of the T-type combination is 1212.4N.As far as energy absorption is concerned,although the plastic deformation of the DD group connectors of the two materials before connection failure is smaller than that of the TX group connectors,the average maximum load of the DD group is much greater than that of the TX group connectors,so the energy absorption value of the former is greater than the latter.
