随着我国工业化经济的飞速发展,对于石油能源的需求量也不断增加,为了满足能源需求,石油工程的数量也在持续增加。石油工程所涉及到的环节和工作内容较多,石油工程施工企业在成本控制的过程中面临着越来越大的压力,在一定程度上也进一步压缩了利润空间。本文基于项目管理理论分析石油工程成本控制所包含的内容,在成本控制现状基础上提出了有效的控制措施。

With the rapid development of China's industrialized economy,the demand for petroleum energy is also increasing.In order to meet the energy demand,the number of petroleum projects is also increasing.Petroleum engineering involves many links and work content.Petroleum engineering construction companies are facing increasing pressure in the process of cost control,which further reduces profit margins to a certain extent.This article analyzes the content of cost control of petroleum engineering based on project management theory,and puts forward effective control measures on the basis of current cost control.
