蚌埠市“互联网+”养老服务模式发展研究

Research on the Development of "Internet plus" Pension Service Mode in Bengbu

随着人口老龄化与高龄化的快速发展,传统家庭养老服务已难以满足当前多样化、多层次的养老服务需求,新型“互联网+”养老模式越来越得到社会的关注。蚌埠市老年人口基数大且增长速度较快,老龄化问题严重。其次,失能、半失能老人与患有慢性病的老年群体对于养老需求提出多样的养老要求。蚌埠市“互联网+”养老服务发展速度缓慢、专业人才短缺。为有效解决上述问题,提出应加大宣传转变传统养老认知、增加财政投入保障“互联网+”养老服务持续性发展、提高护理人员的素质及专业化水平和鼓励社会多元主体共同参与。

With the rapid development of population aging,traditional family care services have been unable to meet the needs of diversified and multi-level services for the aged.The new"Internet plus"pension mode has attracted more and more attention from the society.Bengbu has a large population base and a rapid growth rate,and the aging problem is serious.The disabled,semi disabled and the elderly with chronic diseases put forward a variety of pension requirements.Bengbu's"Internet plus"pension service is developing slowly and lacks professional talents.In order to solve these problems effectively,we should increase publicity and change the traditional pension cognition,increase financial input,ensure the sustainable development of"Internet plus"pension services,improve the quality and professionalization of nursing staff,and encourage the participation of multiple social subjects.
