移植非正常受精来源的胚胎对临床妊娠结局的影响

Impact of Transfer of Abnormally Fertilized Embryos on Clinical Pregnancy Outcomes

目的探析非正常受精来源的胚胎移植对临床妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析玉林市妇幼保健院2014年7月至2019年5月常规体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)收治就诊的5012个IVF周期的临床资料,将含0PN/1PN与不含0PN/1PN胚胎周期患者资料和妊娠结局比较。结果含0PN与不含0PN胚胎周期、含1PN与不含1PN胚胎周期在年龄、基础FSH、2PN率、获卵数等差异显著;1PN移植患者的年龄高于1PN+2PN、2PN移植患者,0PN移植者年龄高于0PN+2PN、2PN移植患者在获卵数、平均移植胚胎数、临床妊娠率、植入率、活产率方面1PN移植患者低于1PN+2PN、2PN移植者,2PN移植患者低于0PN+2PN、2PN移植者;流产率方面,1PN流产率明显低于1PN+2PN、2PN移植者,2PN移植者低于1PN+2PN移植者。结论在取得患同意后也可应用0PN/1PN来源胚胎进行移植。

Objective To investigate the effects of embryo transfer from abnormal fertilization on clinical pregnancy outcomes.Methods The clinical data of 5012 IVF cycles of IVF-ET in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Yulin during July 2014 to May 2019 were reviewed,and the data of embryo cycle with 0PN/1PN and without that of 0PN/1PN were compared with pregnancy outcome.Results Embryonic cycles with 0PN and without 0PN,embryo cycles with 1PN and without 1PN have significant differences in age,basic FSH,2PN rate,number of eggs obtained,etc.;1PN transplant patients are older than 1PN+2PN,2PN transplant patients,0PN transplant Those who are older than 0PN+2PN,2PN transplant patients have lower oocyte retrieval,average number of embryos transferred,clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,and live birth rate.1PN transplant patients are lower than 1PN+2PN,2PN transplant patients,and 2PN transplant patients are lower In 0PN+2PN,2PN transplantation;abortion rate,1PN abortion rate is significantly lower than 1PN+2PN,2PN transplantation,2PN transplantation is lower than 1PN+2PN transplantation.Conclusion After obtaining the patient's consent,0PN/1PN-derived embryos can also be used for transplantation.
