电针穴位刺激加康复训练治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效探讨

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Point Stimulation and Rehabilitation Training on Shoulder and Hand Syndrome after Apoplexy

目的探讨电针穴位刺激加康复训练治疗中风后肩手综合征疗效。方法选取重庆市中医院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的中风后肩手综合征患者100例,以盲选法分组(对照组n=50,试验组n=50),对照组使用西医联合康复训练治疗,试验组以对照组为基础增加电针穴位刺激,对比两组肩部功能、疼痛评分指标。结果治疗前两组患者指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组评估量表(FMA)评分、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中风后肩手综合征在常规西药治疗、康复训练治疗的基础上,配合电针穴位刺激,治疗有效率显著提升,疼痛缓解明显,并且上肢运动功能恢复理想。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Electroacupuncture plus rehabilitation training on shoulder hand syndrome after apoplexy.Methods Totally 100 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after apoplexy admitted to Chongqing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2018 to April 2019 were divided into control and experimental groups by blind selection,50 cases each group.The reference group was treated with western medicine combined with rehabilitation training.The experimental group added electric acupuncture point stimulation based on the reference group,and the comparative index selection was shoulder function and pain score.Results There was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the FMA score and VAS score of the experimental group were superior(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine Western medicine treatment and rehabilitation training treatment,combined with electroacupuncture acupoint stimulation,the effective rate of treatment is significantly improved,the pain relief is obvious,and the motor function of the upper extremity is ideal.
