摘要
目的了解百合固金汤驯化细菌性肺炎主要细菌的耐药基因及抑菌研究。方法将临床获得的16株菌株按照随机数字表法分为四组,对照组给予生理盐水5 mL(0.9%),高浓度组给药5 mL(0.65 g/mL),中浓度组给药5 mL(0.325 g/mL),低浓度给药5 mL(0.1625 g/mL)给药周期三天。观察细菌生长情况,实时荧光PCR比较四组的基因表达情况。结果对照组基因表达水平为1670.05,高浓度组为197.55,中浓度组为655.62,低浓度组1230.82。结论百合固金汤可以有效抑制耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)性肺炎的MecA基因表达。
Objective To study the resistance genes and bacteriostasis of the main bacteria of the domesticated bacterial pneumonia in Baihe Gujin Decoction.Methods Sixteen clinical strains were randomLy divided into four groups.The control group was given 5 mL of normal saline(0.9%),the high concentration group was given 5 mL(0.65 g/mL),the middle concentration group was given 5 mL(0.325 g/mL),and the low concentration group was given 5 mL(0.1625 g/mL)for 3 days.The growth of bacteria was observed and the gene expression of four groups was compared by real-time PCR.Results The gene expression level was 1670.05 in the control group,197.55 in the high concentration group,655.62 in the middle concentration group and 1230.82 in the low concentration group.Conclusion Baihe Gujin Decoction can effectively inhibit MECA gene expression in MRSA pneumonia.
