胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭合并快室率心房颤动临床效果研究

Amiodarone Combined with Metoprolol Succinate in Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Rapid Ventricular Rate Atrial Fibrillation

目的观察胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的治疗效果。方法选取重庆市涪陵区人民医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治就诊的慢性心力衰竭合并快室率心房颤动患者80例,按照治疗方法将其分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组采用胺碘酮和琥珀酸美托洛尔进行联合治疗,对照组采用胺碘酮进行治疗。比较分析两组治疗总有效率以及心功能指标变化情况,包括左室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数、收缩末期容积。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%(38/40),显著高于对照组的80.0%(32/40),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组左室舒张末期容积、左室射血分数、收缩末期容积分别为(129.26±31.06)mL,(44.05±5.02)%,(69.16±31.26)mL,显著低于对照组的(139.52±31.46)mL,(41.06±4.26)%,(77.26±35.98)mL,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合琥珀酸美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭合并快室率心房颤动,治疗效果显著提升,患者的心功能指标得到明显的改善。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of amiodarone and metoprolol succinate in patients with chronic heart failure with rapid ventricular fibrillation.Methods Totally 80 patients with chronic heart failure with rapid ventricular rate atrial fibrillation were selected from January 2017 to January 2018 in Chongqing Fuling District People's Hospital,and divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment method,40 cases each.The patients in the observation group were treated with amiodarone and metoprolol succinate,and the patients in the control group were treated with amiodarone alone.The total effective rate and cardiac function of the two groups,left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction,end-systolic volume,were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume,left ventricular ejection fraction and end-systolic volume in the observation group were(129.26±31.06)mL,(44.05±5.02)% and(69.16±31.26)mL respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(139.52±31.46)mL and(41.06±4.26)%,and(77.26±35.98)mL,respectively,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with metoprolol succinate in the treatment of chronic heart failure complicated with fast ventricular rate atrial fibrillation,the treatment effect was significantly improved,and the patient's cardiac function index was obviously improved.
