罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在肛肠手术的效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Ropivacaine Combined with Epidural Anesthesia in Anorectal Surgery

目的探讨罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在肛肠手术中的应用效果。方法选取平凉市崆峒区中医医院2017年9月至2018年7月收治的80例行肛肠手术治疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组为丁哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉,观察组为罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉,观察两组麻醉效果。结果观察组患者感觉阻滞起效时间、感觉阻滞持续时间、最大感觉阻滞平面、运动阻滞起效时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组运动阻滞持续时间显著短于对照组,而最大运动阻滞程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组麻醉满意度100.00%与对照组的97.50%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对行肛肠手术治疗患者采用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉可获得良好的麻醉效果,患者对麻醉认可度较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine combined with spinal epidural anesthesia in anorectal operation.Methods Totally 80 patients with anorectal operation from September 2017 to July 2018 in Kongtong District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Pingliang City were randomLy divided into control group and observation group,40 cases each.The control group was combined spinal epidural anesthesia with bupivacaine,and the observation group was combined spinal epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine.Results Compared with the control group,the time of onset of sensory block,duration of sensory block,maximum level of sensory block and onset of motor block in the observation group were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the time of duration of motor block in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,while the degree of maximum motor block was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the satisfaction of anesthesia in the observation group was 100.00% compared with 97.50% in the control group There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined spinal epidural anesthesia with ropivacaine can achieve good anesthesia effect for patients undergoing anorectal operation,and the patients have a high recognition of anesthesia,which is worth popularizing.
