对比分析替诺福韦酯与替比夫定对妊娠期慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效及安全性

Comparative Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Tenofovir and Telbivudine in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B During Pregnancy

目的对替诺福韦酯与替比夫定治疗妊娠期慢性乙型肝炎患者的疗效进行分析。方法选取2017年7月至2019年7月贵州省贵阳市南明区妇幼保健院收治的80例妊娠期慢性乙型肝炎患者,根据患者的入院顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用替诺福韦酯治疗,对照组采用替比夫定治疗。比较两组患者最终治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗后,观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期慢性乙型肝炎患者采用替诺福韦酯进行治疗,其临床治疗效果更好,且可有效减少妊娠期不良反应的发生率。

Objective To analyze the effect of tenofovir and telbivudine in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B during pregnancy.Methods Totally 80 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to Nanming District Maternal and Child Health Hospital during the period from July 2017 to July 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into observation and control groups according to the order of admission.There were 40 cases in each group.The observation group used in the Tenofovir treatment and the control group used in the Telbivudine treatment.The final therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved,and the incidence of adverse events was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic hepatitis B during pregnancy are treated with tenofovir disoproxil,which has a good clinical effect and can effectively reduce adverse events during pregnancy.
