This paper combines the above-ground and underground integrated management system project of Beijing West Passenger Station with a detailed introduction to the establishment process of the above-ground and underground integrated management system of West Passenger Station. In order to establish the above-ground and underground integrated management system of the West Railway Station,it is necessary to carry out accurate and detailed investigation and detection of the corresponding terrain, equipment, components and underground pipelines within the scope of the West Railway Station management. The method of detailed investigation of underground pipelines is introduced, and the methods and means of detecting underground pipelines such as the types, attributes, ownership units, distribution, connection relationships and spatial information of each pipeline are briefly described.Several typical underground pipeline problems that helped the West Railway Station Regional Management Committee to solve during the establishment of the above-ground and underground integrated management system in the West Railway Station area were briefly explained. At the same time, some problems found in the establishment of the above-ground and underground integrated management system of the West Railway Station are summarized and analyzed, and an improvement plan is proposed.
