ShapeFile文件是目前使用最广泛的空间数据格式,勘测定界坐标数据格式是为方便自然资源管理工作,制定的一套数据交换标准格式。为办理自然资源领域相关业务,经常需要将shape格式数据转换为勘测定界坐标数据标准,现有的方法主要借助第三方软件或基于第三方组件开发,其操作复杂、运行效率取决于第三方服务。为提高数据转换效率,本文利用C#语言从底层设计、研发了一套转换工具软件,软件测试结果表明,本文设计数据转换流程科学,Shape数据转换结果准确,能够用于自然资源领域相关业务审批。

ShapeFile is the most widely used spatial data format at present,Investigation Delimitation Coordinate Interchange File is a standard format for the convenience of natural resource management.In order to deal with the businesses in the field of natural resources management,it is often necessary to convert shape format data into the Investigation Delimitation Coordinate Interchange File.The existing methods come from the help of the third-party software or developed based on the third-party components,whose operation complexity and operation efficiency depend on the third-party services.In order to improve the efficiency of data conversion,this paper uses C#language to design and develop a set of conversion tool software from the bottom.The software test results show that the data conversion process designed in this paper is scientific,the shape data conversion result is accurate,and it can be used for the approval of businesses in the field of natural resources management.
