测绘新技术在高层建筑工程竣工测量中的综合应用分析 被引量:12

摘要 以某高层建筑竣工测量为例,采用CORS技术、三维激光扫描技术以及无人机倾斜摄影测量技术等测绘新技术相结合的方式,对该建筑进行了工程规划竣工测量,并对不同测绘技术的测量效果和测量精度进行了对比分析,结果表明:CORS技术应用于控制点测量效果良好,精度较高,三维激光扫描技术和无人机倾斜摄影测量技术应用于建筑高度和面积测量,误差均较小且在规范要求之内,但无人机技术的工作量小,测量效率更高,更值得在大型复杂工程竣工测量中予以应用。 Taking the completion survey of a high-rise building as an example,CORS is adopted In this paper,the new surveying and mapping technologies such as technology,3D laser scanning technology and UAV tilt photogrammetry technology are combined to carry out the engineering planning and completion survey of the building,and the survey effect and precision of different surveying and mapping technologies are compared and analyzed.The results show that CORS technology has good effect and high precision when applied to the control point survey,3D laser scanning technology and unmanned aerial vehicle tilt photogrammetry technology Machine tilt photogrammetry technology is applied to the measurement of building height and area,the error is small and within the specification requirements,but the workload of UAV technology is small,the measurement efficiency is higher,it is more worthy of application in the completion measurement of large-scale complex projects.
