耳穴压丸对乳腺癌术后放疗患者的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Auricular-plaster on Postoperative Radiotherapy of Breast Cancer Patients

目的:通过临床研究,对比观察在综合护理干预基础上给予耳穴压丸对乳腺癌术后放疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取64例乳腺癌术后放疗患者随机分为观察组与对照组各32例。对照组给予综合护理方案,观察组在对照组的基础上给予耳穴压丸。观察两组患者干预前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分、生命质量评分、上肢及肩关节功能评分,并进行统计学分析。结果:①焦虑抑郁评分:干预后观察组与对照组的焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);②生命质量评分:干预后观察组与对照组在生命质量总分及各维度比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)③上臂和肩关节功能:干预后观察组与对照组的上臂和肩关节功能自我评定评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过研究表明,在综合护理方案基础上给予耳穴压丸,可有效改善患者焦虑及抑郁状态、上臂和肩关节功能,提高患者生活质量,临床值得推广。

Objectives:To observe the effect of auricular-plasters on postoperative radiotherapy of breast cancer patients through clinical research.Methods:64 cases of breast cancer patients with postoperative radiotherapy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given comprehensive nursing program,and the observation group was given auricular-plasters on the basis of the control group.The anxiety score,depression score,quality of life score,upper limb and shoulder function score of the two groups were observed and statistically analyzed.Results:1).Anxiety and depression score:after the intervention,there were significant differences in anxiety and depression scores between the observation group and the control group(P<0.01);2).Quality of life score:after the intervention,there were significant differences between the observation group and the control group in the total score of quality of life and each dimension(P<0.01);3).Upper arm and shoulder joint function:after the intervention,the self-assessment scores of upper arm and shoulder joint function between the observation group and the control group were significantly different(P<0.01).Conclusion:The research shows that auricular-plasters on the basis of comprehensive nursing program can effectively improve the anxiety and depression state of patients,the function of upper arm and shoulder joint,and improve the quality of life of patients.
