摘要
为了深入研究创新创业背景下的大学生创新能力,提高高校人才培养质量和学生核心竞争力,以创新型人才培养的内涵为基础,采用层次分析法构建了由4个一级指标和16个二级指标组成的创新能力评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对某校学生创新能力进行量化评价,为学生创新能力培养和资源优化配置提供了量化依据。
In order to deeply study the innovation ability of college students under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship,improve the quality of talent training and the core competitiveness of college students,based on the connotation of the cultivation of innovative talents,the evaluation index system of innovation ability composed of 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for quantitative evaluation of a school students innovation ability,which provides a quantitative basis for the cultivation of innovative talents and the optimal allocation of resources.
