摘要
为了解决船舶健康监测异构网络无线传感器节点通信问题,设计了一种无线传感器智能网关,实现了不同格式、不同通信协议及不同结构类型的网络互联互通,通过建立船舶健康数据库,找出设备性能变化趋势,提前对设备故障进行预测和告警,及时对船舶设备进行维修和保养,从而降低使用和保障费用。该智能网关不仅可用于船舶健康监测场合,在机场、仓库和码头等多节点数据监测场合也可以推广应用,市场潜力巨大。
In order to solve the problem of wireless sensor node communication in heterogeneous network for ship health monitoring,a wireless sensor intelligent gateway is designed.The network interconnection and interworking among different formats,different communication protocols and different types of structures are realized.By establishing a ship health database,the changing trend of equipment performance is found in advance to achieve failure prediction and alarm,timely repair and maintenance of the ship equipment,thereby reducing the operation and protection costs.The intelligent gateway can not only be used for ship health monitoring,but also at airport,warehouse,wharf and on other multi-node data monitoring occasions,and the potential of the market is huge.
