本文以采矿安全专业协同创新团队为研究对象,从搭建协同创新平台、组建协同创新团队、构建共享合作机制三方面,阐述了协同创新团队共享合作机制的建立及其实践途径、推广应用,以及协同创新团队共享合作机制在建设过程中存在的问题及解决方案。

This article,taking collaborative innovation team of mining safety major as the research object,explains the establishment,practice approach,promotion and application of the sharing cooperation mechanism of the collaborative innovation team,in terms of building a collaborative innovation platform,forming a collaborative innovation team,and constructing a shared cooperation mechanism.It also proposes the problems and solutions in the construction process of the sharing cooperation mechanism.
