摘要 为提高山煤集团核心竞争力,解决公路物流管理存在的问题,通过分析建立互联网+智能公路物流管控平台的必要性,确立智慧物流管控平台的方案和架构,兼顾网络通讯和平台数据的安全性,重构了公路物流智能管控流程,实现了数据实时上传;人、车、物智能互联;物流、资金流、信息流和工作流的高度集成和综合。该平台促进了山煤集团产、运、销智能一体化的管控和衔接,提高了全供应链智能物流配送服务运行的效率和效益,实现了公路物流管控综合效能和利润最大化。 In order to improve the core competitiveness of Shanxi Coal International Energy Group and solve the current problems of roadway logistics management,this study established the scheme and architecture of the Internet+intelligent logistics management and control platform on the necessity analysis.It also took into account the security of network communication and platform data,reconstructed the intelligent management and control process of the road logistics,and realized the real-time upload of data,the smart interconnection of people,vehicles,and goods,and the integration and synthesis of the logistics,capital flow,information flow and work flow.The platform could promote the integrated management and control of production,transportation,and sales,improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire supply chain's intelligent logistics distribution service operation,and realize the maximization of comprehensive efficiency and profit of road logistics management and control.
