计及新负荷的配电网规划关键技术框架研究

随着我国经济的迅猛式发展以及"电能替代"项目的大规模实施,新负荷也逐渐出现,新负荷的出现对配电网产生了极大的影响,为了更加有序化地建设配电网,对配电网规划方案的合理性进行全面、科学地评价具有重要的意义。针对各种新负荷的出现,研究新负荷出现后对配电网的影响,提出新负荷背景下的配电网规划优化方法及建议。通过对出现的新负荷进行分析,并对新负荷背景下配电网规划的各类新型影响因素进行研究,有助于确定新负荷对配网规划的实际影响,为新负荷背景下的配电网规划提供理论支持,从而更好地应对新形势下配电网规划工作所面对的困难与挑战,更好地对配电网进行有序的建设。

With the rapid development of China’s economy and the large-scale implementation of the "electric energy substitution" project, new loads are gradually emerging, and the emergence of new loads has a great impact on the distribution network. In order to build the distribution network in a more orderly manner, it is of great significance to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the rationality of the distribution network planning scheme. In view of the emergence of various new loads, the influence of new loads on distribution network is studied, and the optimization methods and suggestions of distribution network planning in the context of new loads are put forward. Through the analysis of the new load and the study of all kinds of new influencing factors of distribution network planning in the context of new load, it is helpful to determine the actual influence of new load on distribution network planning and provide theoretical support for distribution network planning in the context of new load. Thus, we can better deal with the difficulties and challenges faced by the distribution network planning under the new situation, and better build the distribution network in an orderly manner.
