土地资源管理与土地规划研究

社会全面发展和经济建设需要整体推进,合理规划设计,才能实现持续发展目标,要通过统筹推进的方式,实现整体综合性发展,当前,土地资源的利用与城市发展存在多重矛盾,只有全面做好规划设计,才能保证经济平衡运行,建设美丽城镇。国家土地管理体系越发完善,可以说,土地是人民生存的基础,只有全面合理做好利用与设计,才能维护社会的稳定,保证人民基本生存权。因此,做好土地资源管理及利用显得至关重要,文章就当前土地问题进行分析,全面提出土地资源管理与规划措施,以此,提高土地利用率,推进城镇快速发展。
