“90后”公安民警思想状况调查分析与对策研究

Investigation and Analysis of the Ideological Situation of the“Post-90s”Police And the Countermeasures

“90后”公安民警是公安工作的未来和希望,做好“90后”公安民警的思想教育和培养,关系到广大青年民警的成长成才,更关系到公安工作大局。针对“90后”公安民警的特点,通过问卷调查的方式,研究“90后”公安民警思想状况的现状。调查结果显示,“90后”公安民警思想状况主流是好的、理想信念坚定、工作态度认真,但也存在着价值选择多样化、理论学习不够、心理压力较大等问题。因此,在对调查结果进行研究的基础上,提出了加强思想政治教育、拓宽民警施展才华的舞台、深化素质强警、树立先进典型等加强“90后”公安民警思想政治工作的对策建议。

“Post-90s”police are the future and hope of public security work.To do a good job in ideological education and training of“post-90s”police is related to the growth and success of the majority of young police,but also related to the overall situation of public security work.According to the characteristics of the“post-90s”police,this paper studies the ideological status of the post-90s police by means of questionnaire survey.The survey results show that the mainstream of the“post-90s”youth police is good,their ideals and beliefs are firm,and their work attitude is serious.However,there are also problems such as diversified value selection,insufficient theoretical study and great psychological pressure.Therefore,on the basis of the investigation results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the ideological and political work of the“post-90s”public security police,such as strengthening ideological and political education,broadening the stage for the police to display their talents,deepening the quality of the police and establishing advanced models.
