伴随着互联网技术的兴起,不法分子利用网络的虚拟性、隐蔽性等特点,在网络空间里进行着各种违法犯罪活动。网络相约犯罪,是以网络虚拟空间为载体而衍生出的一种新型犯罪,近几年更是呈现出蔓延之势,对社会的稳定以及人民群众的人身财产安全造成了极大威胁。净化网络空间,加强对网络相约犯罪的源头管控,完善相关的法律法规体系建设,构建一体化合作机制,遏制网络相约犯罪是当前亟待解决的难题。

With the rise of Internet technology,criminals have used the characteristics of the virtual nature and concealment of the Internet to carry out various illegal and criminal activities in cyberspace.Cyber crime,a new type of crime derived from cyber virtual space,has been spreading in recent years,posing a great threat to social stability and people's personal and property safety.To purify the network space,strengthen the source control of the network contract crime,improve the construction of relevant laws and regulations system,build an integrated cooperation mechanism,and curb the network contract crime are the current problems to be solved.
