摘要
课堂教学是学校教育的主阵地,在夯实立德树人根本任务、培养高素质复合型人才方面发挥着至关重要的作用,课堂教学质量将直接影响到教育工作全局。本文试以第四届全国高校青年教师教学竞赛参赛课程“比较文学”为例,聚焦“如何设计和组织高质量的课堂教学”这一核心问题意识,探讨科学高效的教学设计的核心要素与探索实践。
Classroom teaching,the main arena of school education,plays an important role in strengthening the fundamental task of moral education and cultivating high-quality compound talents.The quality of classroom teaching will directly affect the overall situation of education.Taking“Comparative Literature”in the Fourth National College Young Teacher''Teaching Competition as an example,the paper focuses on how to design and organize qualified classroom teaching,attempting to discuss the core elements and exploration practice of scientific and efficient teaching design.
