抑郁症注意负性偏向机制及干预研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism and intervention of obvious selective attention bias in depression

近年来研究发现抑郁症患者普遍存在明显的选择性注意偏向,主要表现为对负性情绪信息的过度关注、难以解除和对正性情绪的注意偏向缺失。研究发现其不仅可能是抑郁症复发的重要因素,而且可能作为抑郁诊断和评估的重要指标,乃至成为抑郁症治疗的重要靶点。然而,这一理论亟需更多的证据支持。现对抑郁症患者注意负性偏向的机制及治疗进行阐述。

In recent years,the study found that people with depression are widespread obvious selective attention bias,with excessive attention to negative emotional information,difficult to remove,and lack of attention to positive emotional bias.It is found that it may be not only an important factor of recurrence of depression,but also an important indicator of diagnosis and evaluation,and even an important target for depression treatment.Yet,more evidence is needed to support this theory.In this paper,the mechanism and treatment of obvious selective attention bias in depression are illustrated.
