发酵技术炮制胆汁相关方药传统工艺概述

Overview on the traditional techniques of processing bile-related prescriptions by fermentation technology

胆汁发酵是运用中药发酵炮制技术,将胆汁作为发酵基质,使发酵后的中药改变其原有特性,增强原有功效或产生新的药效,从而扩大了中药应用范围。本文通过总结常用胆汁相关中药方剂——牛黄、胆南星、化风丹的炮制工艺,探究利用发酵技术炮制胆汁对中药及方剂性能的影响,发现其性味、成分及功效均有所改变。通过此综述以期扩大胆汁在临床中的应用,为胆汁发酵研究提供思路和方法。

Bile fermentation applies Chinese materia medical fermentation and processing technology,in which bile is used as the substrate for fermentation.After being fermented,the original characteristics of Chinese materia medical is changed and the efficacy is enhanced or produced,which expands the scope of application of traditional Chinese medicine.In this article,we summarized the processing technology about the common bile-related Chinese materia medical and the formula(Calculus Bovis,Rhizoma Arisaematis Cum Bile and Huafeng pill)to explore the effect of bile fermentation on the properties of Chinese materia medical and formula.It is found the nature,flavor,ingredient and efficacy were changed.It is expected that this article can expand the clinical application of bile and provide ideas and methods for the study of bile fermentation.
