摘要 肺癌肿瘤微环境中各类免疫细胞对癌细胞的生长、转移及代谢均有重要作用。肿瘤微环境中的免疫细胞主要包括T淋巴细胞、B淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞、树突状细胞及自然杀伤细胞。本综述总结了肺癌微环境细胞分类,并归纳了各种细胞在肿瘤发生发展中的作用,以期为肺癌的早期诊断、预后情况的评估提供新的靶点及思路。 Immune cells in lung cancer microenvironment play significant roles in tumorigenesis,growth,invasion and metastasis,which tumor microenvironment mainly include T lymphocytes,B lymphocytes,macrophages,mast cells,dendritic cells and natural killer cells.This paper summarizes immune cells classification in lung cancer and generalizes their roles in the occurrence and development of tumor,in order to provide a new target for early diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer.
