摘要
当前新能源汽车正处于转型发展的关键阶段,然而2020年突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对我国新能源汽车市场发展带来较大冲击。在此阶段,为减少疫情对新能源汽车销量的影响,多数城市纷纷出台了促进新能源汽车消费的政策措施,通过资金补贴、放宽指标等方式加大对新能源汽车支持力度,以实现促进市场消费的目的。通过梳理主要城市出台的新能源汽车促消费政策的情况,横向对比不同城市政策支持力度,并进一步分析政策实施效果,最后对地方进一步加大新能源汽车促消费支持措施提出相关建议。
At present,New Energy Vehicles(NEV)are at a critical stage of transformation and development.However,the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020 has a great impact on the development of NEV market in China.At this stage,in order to reduce the impact of the epidemic,most cities have introduced policies and measures to promote the consumption of NEV,and increased their support for NEV by means of financial subsidies and relaxing indicators,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting market consumption.This paper summarizes the situation of NEV consumption promotion policies issued by major cities,compares the policy support intensity of different cities.Moreover,it conducts a further analysis of the effect of policy implementation,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for local governments to strengthen the measures of NEV consumption promotion.
