摘要
高职院校骨干专业(群)“双师”结构教师教学创新团队建设路径是以教学名师为核心,突出专任教师“双师型”素质与能力培养、自觉实践信息技术与教育教学融合创新,打造专业教学优秀团队;以技能大师为核心,突出兼职教师教学能力与师德素养培训、自觉践行工匠精神与言传身教有机融合,打造专业实训优秀团队;以学术技术带头人为核心,突出团队骨干科技创新、技术研发与社会服务,自觉将最新研发成果、行业最新技术融入教学内容,打造专业创新优秀团队。必须建立包括正向激励、负面约束在内的保障机制才能确保行企校协同建设高职院校“双师”结构教师教学创新团队的各项措施、目标任务落到实处。
The constructing path of the teaching innovation team of the“double division”structural teacher skilled in higher vocational colleges is based on the teaching teacher,highlighting the“double teacher type”qualities and ability-training of full-time teachers,the integration of information technology and education teaching innovation,and the creation of an excellent team of professional teaching;Highlight the backbone of the team scientific and technological innovation,technology research and development and social services,conscious of the latest research and development results,the latest technology into the teaching content,to create a professional innovation excellent team.It is necessary to establish a guaranteeing mechanism,including the positive incentive and negative restraint to ensure that the enterprise-enterprise school cooperates in the construction of the“double division”structure of teachers teaching innovation team of higher vocational colleges,the target task being implemented to the real place.
