产教融合背景下高职机电一体化专业实践教学研究

Research on the Higher Vocational Practical Teaching of Mechatronics Based on the Integration of Production and Education

高职院校需要在政府指导下,充分发挥产教融合的平台作用,打造校企合作利益共同体,加强师资队伍培养,培育真正的“双师型”教师队伍,完善评价体系,建设校企交融的实训基地。通过加强校企合作、产教融合来加强机电一体化专业实践教学管理和探索,提高机电一体化专业实践环节教学质量。

For the integration of production and education,the higher vocational colleges need to play a role of the integration platform under the guidance of the government,including building the school-enterprise interest community,developing the teacher’s group,training the double-skilled teachers,improving the evaluation system,building the intramural productive training bases.Through strengthening the school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education,the practical teaching management can be completed and the professional practice teaching quality of mechatronics improved.
