提升新时代高职学生学习意志力的策略研究

Strategic Study on Enhancing Learning Willpower of Vocational College Students in the New Era

调查发现,在新时代高职学生学习动力的十个影响因素中,学习意志力的影响度尤低。基于对高职学生学习意志力水平现状及成因分析,从帮助他们树立远大理想、提升自我效能感、养成良好学习习惯、理智面对诱惑、正确对待挫折等五个方面探讨增强高职学生学习意志力的策略方法。

It is found in a previous survey that learning willpower contributes the least to vocational college students’learning motivation in the new era among the ten factors influencing its intensity.Based on the current level of vocational college students’learning willpower and the analysis on the reasons behind it,five suggestions,namely,helping them to set long-term goals,raise self-efficacy,form good learning habits,face temptations rationally and confront failure bravely,are proposed to enhance their learning willpower.
