标准化病人在肾内科住培医师医患沟通能力培养中的应用——以血液透析患者为例

The Application of Standardized Patients in the Doctor-Patient Communication Ability Training of Residents in Nephrology——Based on Hemodialysis Patients

医患沟通是临床医疗活动的重要环节之一,也是参加规范化培训的住院医师所必须掌握的技能。本文总结了住培医师医患沟通能力的培养目标,分析了血液透析患者的医患沟通难点,提出了提高肾内科住培医师针对血液透析患者医患沟通能力的措施,引入了由主治医师担任标准化病人的教学方法。此举可以提升住培医师的医患沟通能力,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Doctor-patient communication is one of the important part of clinical medical activities,and it is also a necessary skill for residents to participate in standardized training.This paper summarizes the training objectives of the doctor-patient communication ability in standardized training,analyzes the difficulties brought by hemodialysis patients in the doctor-patient communication,puts forward the measures to improve the doctor-patient communication ability of nephrology residents for hemodialysis patients,and points out that the teaching method of using the attending physician as standardized patient can improve the doctor-patient communication ability of residents for hemodialysis patients,which has some practical value.
