摘要
质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)是一种清洁、高效的绿色环保电源,具有广阔的应用前景。膜电极是PEMFC的核心部件,直接影响着PEMFC的性能和商业化前景。本文以全球膜电极专利为研究对象,采用专利计量和文本分析相结合方法,梳理了膜电极专利申请趋势,分析了各环节技术发展趋势和技术功效,并剖析了国内外主要机构的技术布局、竞争优势、技术动向。最后,提出了重视专利保护战略、加快关键技术研发、有效衔接产学研用等建议。
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)is a clean and efficient green environmental protection power supply with broad application prospects.Membrane electrode assembly is the core component of PEMFC which directly affects the performance and commercialization of PEMFC.In this paper,the global patents in the field of membrane electrode assembly were taken as the research objects.The trend of patent application,the technical development trend and technical effect were analyzed by using patent and text analysis methods.The layout,technical characteristics,competitive advantages and technological trends of the main institutions in China and abroad were identified.Finally,this paper put forward some suggestions,such as attaching importance to the patent protection strategy,accelerating the research and development of key technologies,and effectively linking production,education and research.
