摘要
以有机小分子一锅法串联催化合成(聚)磺酸酯为研究项目,组建大学生创新实验团队,研究了醛的硅氰化反应和SuFEx反应中底物结构和有机碱催化剂对反应活性的影响,初步探索了将2个反应串联的可行性问题。在此过程中,通过有机合成的基本操作,培养了学生的动手能力和发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力。通过此次创新实验,更有利于学生深入理解有机化学、分析化学课程中的理论知识,并把各门课程知识有机结合,达到理论和实践的相辅相成。
The exploration for the tandem synthesis of(poly)sulfonates by organic base in one pot was utilized as an innovative experiment.In this project,cyanosilylation reaction of aldehyde and Sulfur(Ⅵ)Fluoride Exchange reaction were studied separately,including the effects of the substrate structure and organic base as catalyst on the reaction activity.In addition,the feasibility of connecting the two reactions in one pot was preliminarily explored.Through the innovation training program,it was benefit for students to understand the knowledge of organic chemistry and analytical chemistry in class,hence to achieve the combination of theory with practice.
