乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的效果研究

Effect of modified radical mastectomy in the treatment of breast cancer

目的:探究用乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法:将近年来沛县人民医院肿瘤外科收治的60例乳腺癌患者随机分为乳腺癌改良根治术组(MRM组,n=30)与乳腺癌根治术组(RM组,n=30)。分别采用乳腺癌改良根治术与传统的乳腺癌根治术对MRM组患者与RM组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果:与RM组患者相比,MRM组患者术中的出血量和术后的引流量均更少,其手术的时间和术后住院的时间均更短,术后其乳房外观的优良率更高,P<0.05。结论:用乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌能减轻患者的手术创伤,减少其术中的出血量和术后的引流量,缩短其手术的时间和术后住院的时间,且有助于保持其乳房的外观。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:In recent years,60 cases of breast cancer patients admitted to the surgery department of Peixian People’s Hospital were randomly divided into the modified radical mastectomy group(MRM group,n=30)and the radical mastectomy group(RM group,n=30).Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer and traditional radical mastectomy for breast cancer were used to treat patients in MRM group and RM group respectively,and then various clinical indicators of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with patients in RM group,patients in MRM group had less intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume,shorter operation time and postoperative hospitalization time,and higher excellent and good rate of postoperative breast appearance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can reduce the surgical trauma,reduce intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage,shorten the time of operation and postoperative hospitalization,and help to maintain the appearance of the breast.
