腹腔镜穿孔修补术与开腹穿孔修补术治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡穿孔的效果对比

Comparison of laparoscopic perforation repair and open perforation repair in the treatment of perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcer

目的:对比用腹腔镜穿孔修补术与开腹穿孔修补术治疗胃及十二指肠溃疡穿孔的临床效果。方法:将2017年10月至2019年10月期间重庆市巫山县人民医院收治的40例胃及十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者分为Balance组(n=20)和Survey组(n=20)。对Balance组患者进行开腹穿孔修补术,对Survey组患者进行腹腔镜穿孔修补术。然后,比较两组患者的临床指标及术后并发症的发生率。结果:治疗后,与Balance组患者相比,Survey组患者术中的出血量更少,其进行手术的时间、术毕至胃肠蠕动恢复的时间及术毕至下床进行活动的时间均更短,其术后并发症的发生率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与进行开腹穿孔修补术相比,对胃及十二指肠溃疡穿孔患者进行腹腔镜穿孔修补术的临床效果更好。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic perforation repair and open perforation repair in the treatment of perforation of gastric and duodenal ulcer.Methods:40 patients with perforated gastric and duodenal ulcer admitted to The People’s Hospital of Wushan County,Chongqing from October 2017 to October 2019 were divided into Balance group(n=20)and Survey group(n=20).Open perforation repair was performed for patients in Balance group,and laparoscopic perforation repair was performed for patients in Survey group.Then,the clinical indicators and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,compared with the Balance group,patients in the Survey group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time and postoperative ambulation time,and lower incidence of postoperative complications,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic perforation repair is more effective in patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer perforation than open perforation repair.
