摘要
目的:探讨MRI检查在诊断先天性神经管闭合不全中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年5月期间在青海省妇女儿童医院进行治疗的21例先天性神经管闭合不全患儿作为研究对象。对这些患儿进行MRI检查。然后,观察这些患儿病变发生的部位。结果:对这些患儿进行MRI检查的结果显示:病变部位处于腰部、颈部的患儿分别有18例、3例。结论:使用MRI检查对先天性神经管闭合不全患儿的病情进行诊断的效果较好。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of MRI in the diagnosis of congenital neural tube insufficiency.Methods:A total of 21 children with congenital neural tube insufficiency who were treated in Qinghai Women and Children’s Hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.These children were examined by MRI.Then,the lesion sites were observed.Results:MRI examination of these children showed that there were 18 cases of lesions in the waist and 3 cases in the neck.Conclusion:MRI is effective in the diagnosis of congenital neural tube insufficiency.
