北方地区大型养老建筑组团式布局模式研究 被引量:1

A STUDY ON THE LAYOUT MODE OF LARGE-SCALE BUILDING GROUP FOR THE AGED IN THE NORTHERN REGION

摘要 随着我国人口老龄化程度持续加深,社会性养老需求日益提高,组团式大型养老建筑因其功能综合、形态集约、环境品质高而成为养老建筑的重要类型。文中以中国北方的养老建筑组团实例为主,结合日本的案例作为补充,通过大量的案例分析,提出行列式、周边式、串联式为北方地区适宜的三类养老建筑组团布局模式。通过分析三类模式的典型布局特征,从功能和交通流线等特征进行分类细化并建立抽象模型。文中对比了三类养老建筑组团的布局特征和适用范围,为我国北方城市大型养老建筑的布局设计提供理论指导。 With the degree of the aged phenomenon becoming more serious and the demand for old-age population continuously improving, large-scale grouped building for aged has become an important type of pension building due to its comprehensive function, intensive form and high environmental quality. So based on the examples of the old-age building groups in northern China, combined with the case of Japan as a supplement, through a large number of case analysis, this paper puts forward three types of old-age building group layout modes, which are suitable for the northern areas: linear form, courtyard form and linking form. Based on the analysis of the typical layout features of the three modes, the feature of function and circulation are classified and refined, and the abstract model is established. Moreover this paper compares the layout characteristics and the scope of three types of old-age building groups, which provides theoretical guidance for the layout design of large-scale old-age buildings in northern cities of China.
