摘要
针对氯盐环境下的钢筋混凝土腐蚀问题,以纳米硅粉混合水泥净浆层作为保护层,设计制作了不同纳米硅粉掺量的系列钢筋混凝土试件,开展了氯盐腐蚀环境下各试件的Tafel和EIS测试,结合各试件的腐蚀电位,腐蚀电流密度以及EIS参数分析结果,得出适量纳米硅粉的掺入可以有效提高混凝土在氯盐环境下的耐久性。
Aiming at the corrosion problem of reinforced concrete in the chloride salt environment, a series of reinforced concrete specimens with different amounts of nano-SiO2 mixed were firstly designed which uses nano-SiO2 mixed cement paste layer as the protective layer. Then under the chloride salt corrosion environment, Tafel and EIS tests were conducted on concrete specimens. Tests combined with the corrosion potential, corrosion current density and the results of EIS parameter analysis. Finally,research concluded that the appropriate amount of nano-SiO2 can effectively improve the durability of concrete in the chloride salt environment.
