摘要
通过工程实例,对砌体结构房屋改造过程中常遇到的具体问题,进行阐述和分析,给出了承重墙体加固及扒墙换梁改造的具体方法,并着重对两种增设后置托换梁的加固方法进行了分析比较,墙体加固及后置托换梁加固方案均从概念上入手,着眼于提高结构延性和整体性,抗震加固改造后均满足当地抗震设防要求,结构分析过程及加固方案可供同类工程参考。
Through an engineering example, this paper expounds and analyzes the concrete problems which often encountered in the reconstruction of masonry structure buildings, gives the concrete methods of load-bearing wall reinforcement and wall raking for beam reinforcement, and focuses on the analysis and comparison of two reinforcement methods of adding post underpinning beams. Both the wall reinforcement and post underpinning beam reinforcement schemes start from the concepts and focus on improving the structure. The ductility and integrity of the structure can meet the seismic fortification requirements of the area after the seismic reinforcement. The present structural analysis process and reinforcement scheme can be used as reference for similar projects.
