强风化花岗岩地层土压盾构膨润土改良试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为确定膨润土泥浆浓度、掺入比、推进速度对渣土坍落度及渗透系数的影响,以土压盾构施工强风化花岗岩地层为研究背景,选取L9(34)正交表进行了9组试验,并通过极差分析确定了各因素对渣土坍落度和渗透系数的影响次序。根据试验结果得到了盾构机推进速度在1.5、2.5、3.5cm/min时的改良施工参数。为土压盾构在强风化花岗岩地层中的膨润土改良提供了技术参考。 In order to determine the influence of bentonite slurry concentration, mixing ratio and advancing speed on the slump and permeability coefficient of slag, 9 groups of tests based on L9(34) orthogonal table were carried out under the research background of shield construction in strongly weathered granite stratum. The priority of influence of each factor on the slump and permeability coefficient of slag was determined by range analysis. According to the test results, the appropriate improved construction parameters are obtained when the driving speed of shield machine is 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 cm/min. The test results can provide technical reference for bentonite improvement of EPB in highly weathered granite stratum.
