摘要
从采煤机牵引部传动原理入手,通过对不同控制方式下电机转速以及销轮销轨动态啮合力的分析,得到交叉耦合控制方式下双电机可以实现转速以及受力的高精度吻合的结论,实际应用表明,采用此控制方式设计的采煤机可有效减少偏载现象的发生,便于其长期稳定的运行。
Beginging with the transmission principle of the shearer’s traction unit,this paper realizes the vector frequency conversion control of the shearer through the control function of the electromagnetic torque.After the analysis of motor speed and dynamic meshing force between the pinwheel and pin-rail under different control modes,it can be concluded double motors can lead to the high-precision fit between the speed and the applied force under the cross coupling control mode,and effectively reduce the partial load of the shearer,contributing to the long-term stable operation.
