铜银合金连续挤压微观组织与性能研究

摘要 连续挤压作为金属加工领域兴起的一种新技术,为合金改性提供了新思路。研究探索了经连续挤压+轧制+拉拔工艺制备的三种ϕ1 mm铜银合金线材,并与常规轧制+拉拔工艺制备的ϕ1 mm铜银合金线材进行了比较分析,发现增加了连续挤压工序的线材的抗拉强度均有所提高,其中一种ϕ8 mm挤压成ϕ6 mm的制品甚至提高了70 MPa以上;另一种ϕ8 mm挤压成ϕ8 mm的制品抗拉强度提高的同时导电率也有所提升,实现了高强高导。 Continuous extrusion forming provides a new method for alloy modification as a new technology in the metal processing field.In this study,three kinds of processes which consisted of continuous extrusion,rolling and drawing were explored to prepareϕ1 mm Cu⁃Ag alloy wires independently and compared withϕ1 mm Cu⁃Ag alloy wires in common rolling and drawing processes.It was found that the strength of wires increased with the increase of the con⁃tinuous extrusion process.The strength of wires with the extrusion process fromϕ8 mm toϕ6 mm was increased by more than 70 MPa,and the conductivity of wires with extrusion process fromϕ8 mm toϕ8 mm was also increased with the increase of strength.
