圆砾做高层建筑天然地基的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 以商洛印象1号~6号住宅楼为实例,将常规勘察与原位测试相结合,运用野外钻探、原位测试、室内计算等多种手段,对圆砾的物理力学性质进行了测试分析和深入研究,并通过对承载力、沉降变形的验算,得出其作为高层建筑的天然地基是可行的。后期监测数据表明,沉降理论计算值与实测值基本一致,验证了采用天然地基筏形基础是成功的。该项目的顺利实施,不仅为业主节省了资金和时间,也为该地区的高层建筑中采用天然地基提供了现实的借鉴和参考。 Shangluo Impression 1#~6#residential building was taken as an example,the normal investigation together with test in-situ has been carried out in the project.The physico-mechanical properties of the round gravel have been analyzed deeply by the methods of field exploration,testing in-situ,and indoor calculation.It is feasible for the round gravel to serve as natural foundation after some test:such as:the through research and the evaluation of bearing capacity and settlement deformation.It was indicated from the post-monitoring data that the calculated value of the settlement theory is basically consistent with the measured value,which proves that the use of the natural foundation is successful.The successful implementation of the project not only saved the owners money and time,but also provided practical reference and guiding significance for the use of natural foundations in the high-rise buildings in the area.
