摘要
针对超深地下连续墙成槽施工过程中槽壁稳定性和成槽护壁泥浆的重要性,结合实际工程研究分析了深度超百米的超深地下连续墙泥浆护壁成槽施工槽壁稳定性,槽壁稳定性随着泥浆比重的增大而增大,可通过提高泥浆比重来提高槽壁的稳定性,保证成槽施工的安全性。通过建模计算分析,结合超深地下连续墙工艺及施工质量要求,确定了深度超百米的地下连续墙成槽泥浆性能控制指标,在大量试验的基础上提出了适宜的泥浆材料配比,应用于实际工程中成槽护壁情况良好,槽壁垂直度达到1/1000以上,有效确保了槽壁的稳定性。
In view of the importance of the stability of the groove wall and the slurry in the trenching construction of the super deep diaphragm wall,analyzes the stability of the groove wall of the slurry retaining wall of the super deep diaphragm wall with the depth of more than 100 meters.The stability of groove wall increases with the increase of mud weight.The stability of groove wall can be improved by increasing the specific weight of slurry to ensure the safety of trenching construction.Combined with the theoretical analysis results of groove wall stability,construction technology and construction quality requirements,the performance control index of grooving slurry for 100 meter underground continuous wall of background project is determined.On the basis of a large number of tests,the appropriat e slurry material ratio is proposed.When applied to practical engineering,the trench wall is in good condition,the verticality of groove wall reaches more than 1/1000,which effectively ensures the stability of the trench wall.
