摘要
沥青材料作为当前路面铺设使用的主要材料之一,在生产、运输、现场铺设过程中需要消耗大量能源并造成大量的污染。复合改性沥青因为可以结合两种改性剂的优势而受到广泛关注,最常见的便是胶粉与SBS复合改性沥青。结合耐久性路面对抗裂性能的要求,发挥胶粉与SBS复合改性的技术优势,改善复合改性橡胶沥青生产温度高、生产过程热致老化、烟气排放大的问题,综合调研抗裂耐久性复合改性橡胶沥青配方及低排放温拌剂的研究与应用现状,为下一步深化研究和工业推广提供支持。
Asphalt material,as one of the main materials used in the current pavement,needs to consume a lot of energy and cause a lot of pollution in the process of production,transportation and field laying.Composite modified asphalt is widely concerned because it can combine the advantages of two modifiers.The most common one is rubber powder and SBS composite modified asphalt.In this paper,combined with the requirements of anti cracking performance of the durability road,the technical advantages of composite modification of rubber powder and SBS are brought into play to improve the problems of high production temperature,thermal aging in the production process and smoke emission amplification of the composite modified rubber asphalt.The research and application status of the formulation of composite modified rubber asphalt with anti cracking durability and low emission temperature mixture and deodorant are investigated comprehensively,so as to deepen the research and application for the next step support for industrial promotion.
