揿针结合脑循环治疗仪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of press-needle combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of migraine

目的:探讨揿针结合脑循环治疗仪治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:收集2018年8月至2019年8月就诊的偏头痛患者42例,随机分为治疗组20例和对照组21例。治疗组予以揿针结合脑循环治疗仪联合治疗,对照组予以散利痛对症治疗,口服500 mg,每天3次;。两组均治疗8周,观察两组疗效、头痛发作次数、头痛持续时间、疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]积分。结果:治疗组总有效率为100%(20/20),高于对照组的85.71%(18/21,P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医症候积分、VAS评分、头痛发作次数和头痛持续时间均较治疗前有所改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:揿针结合脑循环治疗仪治疗偏头痛效果良好,具有临床价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of press-needle combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of migraine.Methods:Forty-two patients with migraine from August 2018 to August 2019 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group with 20 cases and a control group with 21 cases.The treatment group was treated with press-needle combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus,and the control group was given sanlitong symptomatic treatment,orally 500 mg,3 times a day;both groups were treated for 8 weeks and the curative effect,the number of headache attacks,the duration of headache and the score of pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%(20/20),which was higher than 85.71%in the control group(18/21,P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS score,number of headache attacks,and headache duration were improved in the two groups compared with those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pressneedle combined with cerebral circulation therapeutic apparatus is effective in the treatment of migraine and has the clinical value.
