手机APP信息化管理在流动人口儿童百白破疫苗接种中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨手机APP信息化管理模式提高流动人口儿童百白破疫苗接种依从性和接种率的效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年9月辖区内200名流动人口儿童作为研究组采取基于手机APP信息化管理模式干预;并以2016年4月至2017年9月常规化管理干预的200名流动人口儿童作为对照组,两组的男女比例均为1∶1,平均年龄均为(1.1±0.2)岁,其父母学历均为本科以上文化程度。对比两组的接种依从性和接种率。结果:管理后研究组儿童的预防接种依从性、免疫接种率以及接种及时率明显高于对照组儿童(P<0.05),且研究组儿童家长的预防接种态度和预防接种行为评分均明显优于对照组儿童家长(P<0.05)。结论:在流动人口儿童百白破疫苗接种工作中采取基于手机APP信息化管理模式干预,可有效提高儿童的预防接种依从性、免疫接种率以及接种及时率,进一步改善儿童家长对于疫苗接种的态度和行为。 Objective:To explore the effect of improving the compliance and vaccination rate of DPT vaccine among floating population children with the mobile APP information management mode.Methods:From April 2018 to September 2019,200 floating population children were selected in the jurisdiction as the research group,and adopted the mobile APP information management mode intervention;and from April 2016 to September 2017,200 floating population children with routine management intervention were served as a control group,the ratio of male to female in both groups was 1∶1,the average age was(1.1±0.2)years old,and their parents had bachelor degree or above.The vaccination compliance and vaccination rates of the two groups were compared.Results:The children’s immunization compliance,immunization rate and timely vaccination rate in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the immunization attitude and behavior scores of the children’s parents in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of mobile APP information management mode intervention in the vaccinations of children with DTP in the floating population can effectively improve children’s vaccination compliance,immunization rates and timely vaccination rates and further improve the attitudes and behaviors of children’s parents towards vaccination.
