摘要 光热光动治疗的相结合可以提供更好的治疗肿瘤的效果,同时结合成像技术可以在治疗过程中达到诊断作用。本文是通过自聚合的聚多巴胺(PDA)作为光热剂,与具有荧光成像和光动治疗效果的近红外荧光染料IR780在碱性条件下相结合。使其形成一个具有诊断和光热光动协同治疗肿瘤的一体化纳米平台。通过动态光散射扫描仪(DLS)对其粒径进行了表征,利用zeta电位对电位进行表征,并进行紫外测试其在近红外区域光吸收效果。结果表明纳米复合物被成功制备,生物相容性好,具有荧光成像能力,并且具有良好的光热治疗作用。 The combination of photothermal therapy and photodynamic therapy can provide better results in the treatment of tumors, and the combination of imaging technology can achieve the diagnostic role in the treatment process.In this paper, the self-polymerizing polydopamine(PDA) was used as a photothermal agent to combine with the near-infrared fluorescent dye IR780 with fluorescence imaging and photodynamic therapy under alkaline conditions.To form an integrated nanometer platform with diagnosis and photothermal and photodynamic coordination for tumor treatment. The particle size was characterized by dynamic light scattering scanner(DLS), the potential was characterized by Zeta potential, and the light absorption effect in the near infrared region was measured by UV-vis spectra.The results showed that the nanocomposite was successfully prepared with good biocompatibility, fluorescence imaging ability and photothermal therapeutic effect.
