摘要
目的:对长春花进行系统的生药学鉴别研究。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱法进行鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法测定长春花中文多灵的含量。结果:长春花茎枝有棱;叶子长椭圆形或倒卵形,先端浑圆具短尖;花淡粉红或紫红色;茎横切面有4棱角状突起,外层被有非腺毛;叶中脉维管束双韧型,分布有非腺毛。粉末制片中可见具3个萌发孔的花粉粒,有的花粉粒外壁具细刺状突起。以石油醚-丙酮(6∶3)为展开剂展开,供试品薄层色谱图与文多灵对照品斑点位置一致。HPLC测定长春花中文多灵含量为1.118~1.792 mg/g。结论:本研究可为长春花的鉴定及深入研究提供参考依据。
Objective:To study the systematic pharmacognosy identification of Catharanthus roseus.Methods:Character identification,microscopic identification,TLC were carried out.HPLC method was used to determine the content of vindoline in Catharanthus roseus.Results:The stirp of Catharanthus roseus had ribs,leaves were long-oval or oval-shaped with apex rounded and short point.The flowers were rose pink or purplish red;Stem cross section had 4 angular shape protuberant,outer layer was covered with nonglandular hair;The vascular bundles in the middle veins of the leaves were double tough with nonglandular hairs;Pollen grains with 3 germination holes could be seen in powder preparation,some outer walls of pollen grains had fine spiny projections.With petroleum ether-acetone(6∶3)as the developing solvent,the spot position of the TLC was consistent with that of the control substance vindoline;HPLC was used to determine the content of vindoline in Catharanthus roseus from 1.118 mg/g to1.792 mg/g.Conclusion:This study can provide reference for the identification and further study of Catharanthus roseus.
